Members of the European Parliament hold placards during a voting session on censure motion on the European Commission on November 27, 2014, in the European Parliament in Strasbourg, eastern France. The European Parliament rejected on November 27 a no confidence motion in Jean-Claude Juncker's European Commission over the "Luxleaks" tax scandal.
