GERMANY-CRIME
Flowers and candles have been left at the scene where a female student named Tugce A was beaten up and went in to a coma after coming to the aid of other girls who were being harrased in Offenbach, central Germany on December 1, 2014. The girl passed away after all life support systems were switched off following 2 weeks in a coma according with the will of the parents at the weekend.
