Indian paramilitary personnel stand near blood and spent bullet casings at the scene of a gunfight with suspected rebels on the outskirts of Srinagar on December 5, 2014. Militants hurling grenades stormed an army camp in Indian Kashmir and killed 11 security men, police said, ratcheting up violence in the Muslim-majority region which is voting in state elections.
