RUSSIA-BRITAIN-GREECE-HERMITAGE-MUSEUM

Visitors look at the sculpture of the Greek river god Ilissos at the State Hermitage Museum on December 5, 2014 in St. Petersburg. Part of the "Elgin Marbles", named after British diplomat Lord Elgin who took them from Greece's in 1803, has left Britain for the first time since they were taken from the Parthenon, on loan to a Russian museum. The statue will be displayed from this Saturday until January 18 to celebrate the museum's 250th anniversary. AFP PHOTO/OLGA MALTSEVA
