Protesters marched in reaction to the decision in New York not to indict a police officer involved in the choke-hold death of Eric Garner. The decision follows a similar ruling last week in which police officer Darren Wilson was not indicted in the shooting death of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
