OLY-IOC-MEETING
Members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) pay tribute on December 8, 2014 to deceased honorary IOC members Alapha Ibrahim Diallo (L) of Guinea, Mary Alison Glen Haig (C) of Britain and Tennant Edward (Tay) Wilson of New Zealand during the 127th extraordinary session in Monaco. The IOC on December 8 voted to allow Olympic Games to be hosted by two countries as it started passing sweeping changes to the world's biggest sporting event. Unamimous votes to allow split hosting and reducing the cost of bidding for the summer and winter Olympics started two days of debate on 40 reforms proposed by President Thomas Bach Bach.
