Toshiro Muto, Chief Executive Officer of the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2020) attends a press conference on December 8, 2014 for the 127th International Olympic Committee (IOC) extraordinary session in Monaco. The IOC on December 8 voted to allow Olympic Games to be hosted by two countries as it started passing sweeping changes to the world's biggest sporting event.
