Colonel Luc Fringant (L) and Laurent Soler (R) chambellans, hold on December 11, 2014 in Monaco the official announcement of the birth of baby twins to Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco, born on December 10, 2014. Prince Albert II of Monaco and his wife Charlene welcomed their twin babies Gabriella and Jacques to the world, the palace announced. Prince Jacques is next in line to the throne. Gabriella Therese Marie was born at 5.04 pm followed by Jacques Honore Rainier two minutes later, the principality said in a statement, adding that both babies were "doing well".
