GERMANY-ATTACK-BEER FESTIVAL-CRIME
(FILES) A photo taken on September 26, 1980 shows police officers standing at the site of an explosion in an attack that killed 13 people during the Beer Festival Oktoberfest in Munich, southern Germany. The investigation will reopen after a new witness recently gave the name of an alleged accomplice of Gundolf Koehler, the far-right activist who placed the bomb in a trash can, Germany's Federal Court of Justice announced on December 11, 2014.
