In this picture taken on November 28, 2014, houses are built at a higher spot on the north coast of Indonesia's province Aceh worst hit by the 2004 tsunami disaster, is seen empty with people afraid to built houses near the shore. Almost 170,000 people were killed in Indonesia, the vast majority in Aceh, when waves up to 35 metres (115 feet) high flattened coastal communities following a monster undersea quake off Sumatra island.
