Wine bottles are sold on November 28, 2014 at the Wine Kollective, a shop selling wine from the Swartland area in Riebeek Kasteel, a town in the wine-growing Swartland region of South Africa, about 100 kms north of Cape Town. There's a revolution happening in South Africa's winelands where a handful of young impassioned friends are turning their backs on the very practices that have made the country's wine industry such a success.
