BRITAIN-GERMANY-SHIP-TRANSPORT-ACCIDENT
Rescue craft float next to the grounded Hoegh Osaka cargo ship on the Bramble Bank in the entrance of the Southampton Waters in between Southapton on the southern English coast and the Isle of Wight on January 4, 2015. RNLI lifeboats joined a multi-agency rescue when a large cargo ship grounded on the Bramble Bank in the waters south of the southern English city of Southampton. The car carrying cargo ship ran aground in the evening on January 3 with all 24 crew airlifted to safety. The ship was was heading to Germany from Southampton laden with its cargo of vehicles.
