The The four former Yara bosses, two Norwegians, among them former CEO Thorleif Enger, a Frenchman and a US citizen, are accused of paying at least $5 million in bribes to the son of the former Libyan oil minister, Shukri Ghanem, as part of the construction of a fertilizer plant in Libya together with National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the Libyan investment Authority (LIA).
