FRANCE-ATTACKS-MEDIA
A police vehicle is seen outside a building complex believed to be where wanted fugitive Said Kouachi lives on January 8, 2015, in the Croix Rouge district of Reims, the morning after an attack by armed gunmen on the satirical weekly Charlie Habdo in which 12 people were killed. Police issued arrest warrants for Cherif Kouachi, 32, a known jihadist convicted in 2008 for involvement in a network sending fighters to Iraq, and his 34-year-old brother Said, both believed to be involved in the shooting in Paris. Hamyd Mourad, an 18-year-old suspected of being an accomplice in the attack, handed himself in, with police sources saying he had seen his name "circulating on social media".
