FRANCE-ATTACKS-CHARLIE-HEBDO-DEMO

Gerard Vandenbroucke (R), president of the Cartoon salon and president of the Limousin region holds a minute of silence on January 10, 2015 at the International Centre for caricature and humourous press cartoons (Centre International de la Caricature du Dessin de Presse et d'Humour) in Saint-Just le Martel, near Limoges, south-western France, for the slain Charlie Hebdo cartoonists who visited the salon which takes place in Septembre. Tens of thousands of people staged rallies across France on January 10, authorities said, after three days of terror and twin siege dramas that claimed 17 lives in total. French forces were on January 10 frantically hunting for the Coulibaly's 26-year-old girlfriend, Hayat Boumeddiene, as the country mourned 17 dead in three blood-soaked days, hours after a dramatic end to twin sieges that also resulted in the death of two brothers who had killed 12 at the offices of the Charlie Hebdo magazine on January 7.
