FRANCE-ATTACKS-CHARLIE-HEBDO-DEMO
From left: The President of the Association Muslims from the Basque Country Abderrahim Wajou, the Bayonne Bishop Marc Aillet and Pastor Nathalie Paquereau of the Reformed Church of France open on January 10, 2015 a march of some 20,000 people against terrorism and in tribute to 17 victims of a three-day Islamist killing spree in the southwestern French city of Bayonne. French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said that around 700,000 people have poured out onto the streets of France on January 10 to pay tribute to the victims of terror. Fears remained acute and security levels were kept at France's highest level as the girlfriend of one of three gunmen killed in a fiery climax to twin hostage dramas on January 9 was still on the loose.
