PORTUGAL-FRANCE-TELECOM-SALE
Member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Portugal Telecom (PT SGPS), Joao de Mello Franco, arrives for the general meeting of shareholders at PT headquarters in Lisbon on January 12, 2015. Shareholders of PT, decided today to postpone until January 22, the vote on the sale of assets to Portuguese operator Altice Group, announced Mello Franco.
