MALAWI-FLOOD-WEATHER
A rescue canoe transporting people arrives at the village of Chambuluka on the bank of the flooded Ruo river in the area of Traditional Authority Mulolo in Malawi's southern Nsanje District on January 18, 2015. Torrential rains have wreaked havoc across half the impoverished southern African country's 28 districts, washing away homes, crops and livestock and disrupting power supplies.
