NEW YORK, NY - JANUARY 19: People participate in a candlelight vigil and wreath laying ceremony with the Reverend Al Sharpton at the location where Eric Garner was killed during a scuffle with police last year on January 19, 2015 in New York City. The gathering was one of the "Be Like King" events held on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr day to honor and promote King's work as a civil rights activist.
