(FILES) A handout file photo provided on January 15, 2015 by the Uganda People's Defense Force (UPDF) and taken on January 14, 2015 at an undislosed location in the Central African Republic shows captured Lord's Resistance Army rebel chief Dominic Ongwen, who surrendered last week and was in the custody of US special forces in the Central African Republic. Ongwen was handed over January 14 to African Union troops to be sent to trial at the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity. Ongwen arrived at the ICC detention center in The Hague late on January 20. He had been sought by the ICC for almost a decade to face charges, including war crimes, murder, enslavement, inhumane acts and directing attacks against civilians.
