BOLIVIA-INAUGURATION-MORALES
Bolivian reelected Vice-President, Alvaro Garcia Linera (C), accompanied by his wife Claudia Fernandez (R), heads to the National Congress to be sworn in for a third mandate along with president Evo Morales (out of frame), in La Paz, on January 22, 2015. Morales, Bolivia's first indigenous president, took the oath of office with his left fist raised "on behalf of the Bolivian people and equality for all human beings."
