(FILES) --- A file picture taken on May 14, 2014 in Jeddah, shows Saudi Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud speaking during the opening session of the Gulf Cooperation Council. Saudi Arabia's elderly King Abdullah died on 23 January 2015 and was replaced by his half-brother Salman as the absolute ruler of the world's top oil exporter and the spiritual home of Islam. Salman, 79, had been defence minister and previously governor of the capital Riyadh.
