COLOMBIA-INDIGENOUS-POVERTY-CONFLICT
Colombian indigenous people of the Embera Katio ethnic group attend the burial of four-month-old baby Eustesy, who died of unknown causes, at the cemetery of Siloe, in Cali, Colombia, on January 26, 2015. About 200 Embera Katio indigenous people, from the municipality of Pueblo Rico, Risaralda department, arrived in the city of Cali between 2013 and 2014 fleeing the armed conflict. These 42 families of which 123 are children, live in precarious conditions of poverty and health in El Calvario, a neighborhood that is inhabited by displaced families, drug addicts and recyclers.
