POPE FRANCIS - 20 ROMAN CATHOLIC - VATICAN
Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI was invited by Pope Francis to attend a consistory ceremony at the Vatican City, Vatican, Italy, on February 14, 2015. Pope Francis elevated 20 Roman Catholic bishops and archbishops to the rank of cardinal at a consistory ceremony in St. Peter's Basilica. Fifteen of the new cardinals are under the age of 80 and known as 'cardinal electors.'
