Premiere Screening Of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" - Arrivals

Woolf, an actor on "American Horror Story," died Monday afternoon, Feb. 23, 2015, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, publicist Zack Teperman said. Woolf's family was at his side. The 4-foot-4 actor was hospitalized in critical condition after he was hit by the side mirror of a passing vehicle last Thursday night on a street in Los Angeles.
