MTA Budget
ew York City police officers patrol the Fulton Center subway station, Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, in New York. The recently completed Fulton Center is part of the MTA's capital improvement projects. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is struggling to find funding sources for about half of their $32 billion five-year capital budget plan.
