Former leader of the National Integrationist Front Mathieu Ngudjolo awaits his appeals judgment at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands, Friday, Feb. 27, 2015. ICC judges have upheld the acquittal of a Congolese man who was cleared at trial of leading a deadly militia attack in eastern Congo.
