Mideast Egypt Animal Shelter
In this Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 photo, Marley, a Golden Retriever, looks outside his cage at the Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals (ESMA) animal shelter in Saqqara, some 30 kilometers (19 miles) south of Cairo, Egypt. Marley's owners used a remote training collar that used electric shocks to keep him under control. On a day when his body was wet, they shocked him with the collar and he was electrocuted.
