Italy Parma Crisis

Serie A has voted to provide crisis-hit Parma with a 5 million euro ($5.5 million) emergency fund to help the club finish the season.Sixteen of the 20 clubs in the top Italian league voted in favor of the measure Friday, three abstained and Cesena had the only vote against the move.
