Washington Kidnapping Attempt
In this combination of still images taken from surveillance video on Sunday, March 8, 2015, and provided by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, a man runs down a street, carrying a toddler in an apparent kidnapping attempt in Sprague, Wash. The video shows the boy's young sister chasing after the man, who set the boy down and ran off. Lincoln County Sheriff Wade Magers says officers don't have any leads in the search for the suspect, but they don't believe the man is a resident of the town of about 500 people.
