ADDS EXPLANATION ON BANDAGE - U.S. Ambassador to South Korea Mark Lippert with his injured cheek covered with a bandage smiles as he arrives to attend a dinner for the United States Forces Korea at a hotel in Seoul, South Korea, Friday, March 13, 2015. South Korean police said Friday that the anti-U.S. activist arrested last week for allegedly stabbing Lippert had intended to kill the envoy to highlight his protest against ongoing U.S.-South Korean military drills. Lippert left a hospital Tuesday where doctors closed an 11-centimeter (4-inch) wound on his face and operated on his left arm to repair damaged tendons and nerves. (Ahn Young-joon)
