Police Officer Killed
Several police agencies as well as officers from around the country participate in the processional from Turner Field in downtown Atlanta Friday, March 13, 2015, to attend the funeral of Fulton County Detective Terence Avery Green. Police say 42-year-old Amanuel Menghesha of Fairburn shot and killed Green on March 4. Green, a 22-year-veteran of the Fulton County Police Department was responding to a call of shots fired. Menghesha was later arrested and faces murder and aggravated assault charges.
