Fatal Wrong Way Crash
This photo taken from a surveillance camera monitor shows the headlight of a car, on the top right of the screen, traveling the wrong way on Arthur Kill Road in the Staten Island borough of New York on Friday, March 20, 2015, according to gas station manager Ramzi Abdelhaq. Authorities say off-duty New Jersey police officers were involved in a wrong-way crash on Staten Island that has claimed two lives.
