POWER - CUT - TURKEY
Parts of the tramway system are shut down when a major power outage hit cities and provinces across Turkey on Tuesday, 31st March 2015, in north city of Samsun, Turkey, including the capital Ankara. Turkey is currently experiencing electricity outages in many regions due to transmission line problems which occurred at 10.36 a.m., Turkish Electricity Transmission Company, TEIAS officials say.
