A man is injured on the head by looters in Baltimore, Maryland, the United States, April 27, 2015. Maryland governor Larry Hogan Monday evening declared a state of emergency and activated the National Guard to address the escalating violence and unrest in Baltimore City following the funeral of a 25-year-old black man who died after he was injured in police custody.
