Patrol Boat Inauguration
French Secretary of State for the Budget Christian Eckert delivers his speech during the inauguration of the French customs' new patrol boat 'Jean-Francois Deniau', in La Seyne-sur-Mer, southern France on July 7, 2015. Besides surveillance and rescue, the boat's mission will be to fight against human trafficking and to control illegal immigration as part of the operations of EU agency Frontex that manages the cooperation between national border guards to secure the external borders of the union.
