ENGLAND - FLOODS
Carlisle town residents are evacuated from their flooded homes after the nearby river Eden burst it's banks over the weekend in Carlisle, Cumbria in north west England on 07 December 2015. Storm Desmond caused severe flooding and travel disruption across large parts of England and Scotland over the weekend, leaving 55,000 homes without power.
