French music video director, graphic designer, singer and songwriter Woodkid performs on the lake stage during the opening evening of the Montreux Jazz Festival in Montreux, Switzerland, Friday, July 2, 2021. The 55th Montreux Jazz Festival (MJF) will last from July 2 to July 17. Taking into account the current COVID-19 related guidelines of the Swiss authorities, the MJF has completely reimagined its format and as a festival first, a stage entirely built over the lake will host concerts with a maximum capacity of 500 seats.
