SAFRICA-HARRY CARLSE
Harry Carlse, one of the two South African suspected mercenaries released from Zimbabwe, turns thimself in to South African authorities 30 August 2004 in Silverton just outside Pretoria, to answer charges of involvement in an alleged coup plot in oil-rich Equatorial Guinea,.accompanied by their lawyer. The two were seeking to negotiate a plea bargain that could see them spill the beans on some of the other players in the coup plot, a source in the Scorpions elite investigative unit said.
