According to his family the man was poisoned by Russian soldiers..Lipovka is a small town in the Bucha region located at 60 Km west from the capital city. An area comprehensive of small villages that has been without light, water, gas, heat and communication for more than a month. Lipovka was destroyed by about 40%, mass killings of civilians by the Russian occupiers were recorded, infrastructure was destroyed, territories were mined.
