US President George W. Bush makes a rare walk out of the usually unseen door of Air Force One down the "service stairs" upon his arrival in Miami, Florida, on an unscheduled visit to meet with victims of hurricane Frances in Florida 08 September 2004. Normally protocol requires the upper floor door to be opened for a President arriving, but in situations such as visiting hurricane victims, Bush moves quickly, only using the rarely seen "back-up" stairs that deploy from inside the aircraft.
