In this satellite photo from Planet Labs PBC, Tupolev Tu-22M bombers sit on the apron of the Soltsy air base in the Novgorod region of northwestern Russia on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023. Ukrainian saboteurs coordinated by Kyiv's military intelligence services carried out a pair of recent drone attacks that hit parked bomber aircraft at air bases deep inside Russia, Ukraine media claimed Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023.
