Baskets Nike Forrest Gump pour les 30 ans du film
Pictures must credit: Nike Sportswear maker Nike has relaunched its Forrest Gump movie sneakers for the Oscar winning movie’s 30th anniversary. The Nike Cortez “Forrest Gump” is one of the most iconic sneakers in film history. In the 1994 film, Tom Hanks as Gump is gifted the shoes from his long-time friend Jenny played by Robin Wright, The Cortez was the US brand’s first-ever track shoe and was designed by Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman. It later became a significant piece of street fashion in Los Angeles for its clean style and low price. But the iconic white, red and blue shoe is indelibly associated with Gump. Forrest Gump was released in June 994 with Hanks playing a man of low IQ who ends up being in the middle of key historical events.
