House of Cards actor Kevin Spacey has spoken about sexual misconduct allegations that derailed his career.
He admitted to UK journalist Piers Morgan the past he had pushed boundaries.
But despite being cleared of sexually assaulting four men last year the star, 64, said was facing bankruptcy.
And he also became tearful as he recalled the support of music superstar Sir Elton John and Elton's husband David Furnish.
He also said he had battled suicidal thoughts after he was charged with indecent assault against four men in 2018.
Spacey was accused of sexually assaulting four men during while artistic director of London’s Old Vic theatre.
In July 2023, the actor was found not guilty of all charges following a high-profile trial in which Sir Elton John gave evidence in his defence.
Tears came to his eyes as he was forced to stop for a few moments to gather his thoughts as he spoke about the support of Elton.
