Mercedes Benz made of stone as a tombstone
21 September 2024, US, Linden: An almost exact replica of a full-size Mercedes Benz 240 Diesel, carved from a single block of granite, marks the final resting place of a young man, Raymond Tse, who dreamed of one day owning a Mercedes but who died tragically at the age of 15. The memorial in Rosedale Cemetery was commissioned in the early 1980s by his wealthy older brother David, who had promised to give Raymond a Mercedes when he was old enough to drive.
