VALENCIA, SPAIN - NOVEMBER 01: A view of the disaster area as search and rescue operations and aid delivery continue in Paiporta following the floods caused due to heavy rain in Valencia, Spain on November 01, 2024. Desperation continues to grow in some parts of Valencia on Friday, which have been isolated since devastating floods hit on Tuesday, leaving at least 205 people dead. Neighbors are doing guards at the broken doors of their business because of the fear of looters. Police have arrested 39 people accused of looting stores. Thousands of people are still without electricity, drinking water, or food. Many others are trapped in their homes, with cars or debris piled up in front of their doors.
