According to the 20th Amendment of the Constitution, the term for President and Vice President begin at noon on January 20 the year following a presidential election, meaning it will be a little over two months before Trump takes the Oval Office. The next inauguration ceremony will be held on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025 at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. Inauguration Day is held on this same date, Jan. 20, every four years.
