RUSSIA-OIL-YUKOS
(FILE) A picture taken 04 August 2003 shows an employee of the Russian oil company Yukos turning off a valve at an oil well, in Tyumensk region of Russia. Oil prices climbed 20 September 2004 following reports that Russia-s embattled oil giant Yukos has partly suspended deliveries to China and concerns about the impact of Hurricane Ivan on US supplies, traders said. A Yukos spokesman told AFP that the company was suspending deliveries to the China National Petroleum Company, which accounts for some 60 percent of Yukos oil sales to China.
