Street signs stand above the flooded out streets near the Delaware River September 20, 2004 in Yardley, Pennsylvania. Rain from Hurricane Ivan in upstate Pennsylvania and New York caused the worst flooding along the Delaware River in 50 years. Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell and New Jersey Governor James McGreevey called states of emergency in numerous counties in their respective states.
