Tina Mount cleans up mud brought in by flood waters 20 September 2004 in Yardley, Pennsylvania. Rain from the remnants of Hurricane Ivan caused the worst flooding in 50 years along the Delaware River in upstate Pennsylvania and New York. Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell and New Jersey Governor James McGreevey have declared states of emergency in numerous counties in their respective states.
